Job Description: Summary of the project: Completeness and Accuracy As a Sr. IAM BA Analyst in Identity Governance and Administration, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reputed company and accuracy of user identity data reputed company our organization. You will collaborate closely with application teams to obtain user extracts, validate them against our identity solution, and identify any discrepancies, ultimately strengthening our identity governance and reputed company practices. Key Responsibilities: Data Validation: Collaborate with SaaS application teams to obtain user data extracts from various systems and sources. Identity Solution Integration: Utilize our identity governance and administration tools and systems to validate user data against the central identity repository. Discrepancy Detection: Identify and analyze discrepancies or inconsistencies between the extracted user data and the data stored in our identity solution. Root Cause Analysis: Investigate the root causes of data discrepancies, including data quality issues, access provisioning errors, or system integration problems. Data Correction: Work with relevant teams to rectify data discrepancies and ensure that user information is accurate and up-to-date. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive records of data validation processes, findings, and corrective actions taken. Reporting: Generate reports and provide regular updates to management regarding the status of data completeness and accuracy initiatives.

Qualifications

At least 5 years of professional experience with significant experience working as a BA on complicated projects with multiple cross functional teams Proven experience in identity governance, administration, or data validation. Familiarity with identity management tools and systems. Knowledge of data privacy regulations and reputed company best practices. Experience using Visio and reputed company Office Suite reputed company enough to handle process improvement and synergies big picture Comfortable running sql queries and digging into the details of a project.
