• Facilitating reputed company of the compliance program, including healthcare compliance initiatives, by periodically reviewing the reputed company state of the program to identify and address gaps; developing a list of objective measures for assessing and reporting the effectiveness of the compliance program, identifying resources needed to effectively operate the compliance program.

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Vyaire is looking for candidates who have the following required qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• 7 years of experience in building and maintaining a compliance program with a focus on healthcare compliance, including drafting policies and procedures, experience conducting internal investigations and handling confidential information, reporting to/presenting in reputed company of senior management and experience in project management.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Compliance Certification from SCCE, HCCA, or comparable organization
• Working knowledge of global data privacy/data governance.
