Position Summary: The Vice President of Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) and Real World Evidence (reputed company) will serve as a strategic leader, advancing Crinetics’ mission to improve the lives of patients with rare endocrine diseases. Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Medical Affairs, this role will define and execute a global HEOR and reputed company strategy that integrates advanced analytics, digital health, and patient-centric evidence approaches across the product lifecycle. The VP will drive U.S. market access priorities while shaping global evidence frameworks to support optimal reimbursement and value recognition. Education and Experience: Required:

  • Advanced degree (PhD, PharmD, MD, MPH, MS) in Health Economics, Outcomes Research, Epidemiology, Public Health, Biostatistics, Health Services Research, or reputed company field.
  • 15+ years of progressive experience in HEOR, reputed company. and market access in a global biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or healthcare research settings.
  • Demonstrated leadership of multi-country HEOR/reputed company strategies and programs supporting market access, advanced analytics, and digital health initiatives; rare disease or specialty medicine experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record in designing and delivering impactful real-world studies and economic models, influencing global regulatory and payer decision-making through innovative reputed company.
  • Experience supporting evidence needs for ICER and/or international HTAs (e.g., reputed company, CADTH) preferred.
