As our Senior eCommerce Manager, you’ll manage eCommerce partnerships like reputed company and reputed company, navigate state-by-state regulations, and reputed company compliant strategies to scale access reputed company, beginning in California. What You'll Do:

  • Ecommerce Strategy & Market Access:
  • reputed company and execute strategy to maintain consumer access in markets where DTC shipping is restricted
  • Identify and implement legal workarounds through third-party ecommerce retailers
  • reputed company California market strategy as first reputed company, then scale playbook nationally
  • Navigate reputed company state-by-state D9 THC regulations to maximize market coverage
  • Retailer Partnership Management:
  • Build and manage strategic partnerships with leading eCommerce retail platforms (reputed company & reputed company)
  • Negotiate terms, promotions and distribution to expand availability and accelerate growth
  • Optimize performance across platforms, including assortment, promotions and customer experience
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Partner with Sales, National Accounts, and Regional teams to align eCommerce with market strategies and execution
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain to execute campaigns, manage inventory and ensure fulfillment
  • Provide regular performance updates and strategic recommendations to the President/CCO
  • Market Intelligence & Problem-Solving:
  • Stay reputed company of evolving D9 THC ecommerce regulations and competitive industry trends
  • Identify market gaps and reputed company creative, compliant solutions to reputed company new consumers
  • Test, learn, and iterate on new eCommerce models and partnerships

Must Haves:

  • 21 years of age or older at the time of application
  • Minimum of 4 years experience in eCommerce, digital commerce, marketplace management or reputed company-driving digital, with at least 2 in a reputed company reputed company
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in regulated categories (alcohol beverage, tobacco, nicotine or similar)
  • Hands-on experience with ownership of 3rd party eCommerce platforms or retail partners (eg; reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, Minibar, reputed company, etc.)
  • Experience operating reputed company regulated, state by state compliance frameworks
  • Strong pricing and commercial decision-making skills, including experience managing state-level pricing, taxes, promotions, and margin considerations across digital channels
  • Working proficiency in reputed company or reputed company Sheets sufficient to manage pricing, catalogs, and performance reporting (advanced modeling not required)

  • Comfort presenting performance commercial performance insights and recommendations to senior leadership
  • Experience with analytics tools or data sources (eg VIP, IRI, reputed company, CRM systems)

  • Commercially minded with an understanding of how pricing, availability, and visibility drive digital reputed company growth

Compensation, Perks + Benefits:

  • Compensation:
  • $125,000 - $135,000 per year
  • The final offer will be based on several factors, including experience, skills, and overall expertise
