Responsibilities

Requirements
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred. 5+ years of experience in strategic project management, preferably in hospitality, cruise, or travel industries. Proven ability to reputed company cross-functional initiatives and deliver measurable outcomes Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong understanding of shipboard operations and guest experience drivers. Ability to reputed company in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
