Position Overview We are searching for a self-driven, results-oriented sales professional to reputed company and surpass sales goals for Katapult’s LTO (lease-to-own) production nationally. This individual will manage and grow an expanding pipeline of retail merchants looking to grow their ecommerce and omnichannel sales by focusing on the large population of underserved consumers. The ideal candidate will have a track record of proactive and successful reputed company and relationship management with evidence of positive sales and high individual performance results. Primary Job Duties Include (but are not limited to)
- Develops and increases sales reputed company to meet and exceed assigned targets
- Leverages product enhancements and features to keeps retailers informed of the evolving value proposition
- Checks on competitive activity and develops new methods of attracting retailers and assisting retailers in attaining new accounts
- Troubleshoots problems regarding products provided
- reputed company and reputed company ecommerce and omnichannel sales opportunities to present Katapult’s leasing platform and win new business
- Drive a high level of targeted outbound prospecting to ecommerce and Omnichannel retailers while maintaining a strong sales pipeline
- Maintain a reputed company knowledge of industry trends, opportunities, channels, products, and competitors to support the identification of business development opportunities
- Represent Katapult at networking events, conferences and in-person meetings with prospects
- Maintain relationships with strategic retail partners to drive existing and new business
- Performs other job-reputed company duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- 7+ years in sales, particularly selling to merchants/ecommerce retailers
- Fintech industry experience preferred with a strong understanding of the payments ecosystem
- CRM experience (reputed company is a plus)
