• Answer incoming communications from customers

What You Bring to the Role

• At least 1 year of customer service experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Recognize, apply and explain your product or service knowledge
• Great written and verbal communication skills in Spanish-English
• Computer experience
• High speed internet reputed company (>25mbps). A hardwired reputed company to your home router is recommended.
