The Role: Email/Chat/Phone Specialist (Nights and Weekends)
In this exciting role, you'll be the face of arenaflex, engaging with hundreds of customers who share your enthusiasm for live events. Your primary responsibility will be to provide proactive, friendly, and high-quality service, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring that every interaction is a positive one. You'll be an integral part of our customer experience team, working closely with colleagues to deliver memorable experiences that exceed our customers' expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer contacts promptly and professionally reputed company phone, email, and live chat
- Answer questions about purchases, orders, inventory, and upcoming events, utilizing internal and external technology to manage order fulfillment
- Support customers proactively, troubleshooting technical concerns and addressing any issues that may arise
- Contribute to a positive team culture, collaborating with colleagues to reputed company business objectives and drive growth
- Create memorable experiences for customers, fostering a sense of community and shared passion for live events

Role Expectations: A 30-90-180 Day Journey
As you embark on this exciting journey, here's what you can expect:
- 30 days in: Complete new hire orientation, reputed company access to internal systems, and shadow teammates to learn the ropes
- 90 days in: reputed company core responsibilities comfortably, maintain internal and external relationships, and contribute to team efficiencies
- 180 days in: Apply methods to execute individual tasks, handle reputed company-line customer escalations, and participate in extracurricular projects that drive organizational success
What You'll Bring to the Table
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 1-2 years of customer service experience reputed company phone, email, and live chat
- A team player mentality and drive to contribute to culture and growth
- A sense of curiosity and keenness to improve upon your work
- A passion for live events (sports, concerts, or theatre)
- A flexible schedule to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with reputed company or similar help desk software (a plus)
Schedule and Compensation
We offer a hybrid schedule with 3 days in office and 2 days remote, as well as a competitive compensation package:
- $40,000 reputed company salary with bi-annual bonuses and equity
- Fully reputed company
- Flexible schedule: 1:30pm-10:00pm (Thursday/Friday off or Monday/Tuesday off)
