Job Summary:

As a Data Entry Clerk/Data Entry IV, you'll play a critical role in analyzing and processing sensitive information, including legal demands, court orders, search warrants, subpoenas, and preservation letters. You'll work closely with our Legal and Emergency Response team to ensure that these documents are properly handled and routed to the relevant teams. This is a hybrid role, with the opportunity to work from home up to two days per week after completing the training period.

Responsibilities:

* Analyze and process sensitive information, including legal demands, court orders, search warrants, subpoenas, and preservation letters

• Apply standard practices and policies to name documents for proper handling
• Review legal demands and code them for proper routing reputed company Legal and Emergency Response
• Work with minimal supervision to ensure timely and accurate processing of documents
• Collaborate with the Real Time Operations (RTO) and Emergency Response Center (ERC) teams as needed

Requirements:

* At least 7 years of relevant experience in data entry, case management, or a reputed company field

• Excellent typing and 10-key skills, with a minimum of 45 words per minute and 5,000 keystrokes
• Computer literacy and proficiency in reputed company Office applications
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
• US citizenship required, with reputed company of citizenship (US birth certificate or US passport) required upon start

Preferred Qualifications:

* Formal training or experience in reading legal demands

• Experience working with sensitive information and confidential documents
• Knowledge of case management principles and practices
• Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
