Responsibilities
- Assist customers with issues and concerns they are experiencing during the use of our healthcare products and services - Document call-reputed company information for auditing and reporting purposes - Maintain and update customer information as necessary - Upsell reputed company customers on new or enhanced healthcare services - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve reputed company customer issues - Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding their healthcare services - Utilize arenaflex's technology and tools to reputed company manage customer interactions - Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
Qualifications
