Job Summary

As a Live Chat and Email Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our customers through various communication channels. You'll work closely with our technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support. Key Responsibilities

* Answer incoming chats and emails from customers seeking assistance with technical issues related to our products and services

  • Identify and troubleshoot issues with covered products, using critical thinking and technical problem-solving skills to resolve customer concerns
  • Provide information about arenaflex's extended service plans and other relevant products and services
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including chat and email logs, to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution
  • Escalate complex issues to technical teams as needed, ensuring timely and effective resolution

Essential Qualifications

* Previous experience in a customer service or support role, with a strong focus on technical troubleshooting and problem-solving

  • Familiarity with technical troubleshooting processes and procedures
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with customers
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Proficiency in using chat and email support tools, with experience in live chat and email support a plus

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines

  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services, or a strong desire to learn and develop expertise in this area
  • Experience working with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively

Education Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong focus on technical education and training

  • General Education Development (GED) certification a plus

Experience Requirements

* Previous experience in a customer service role, with a strong focus on technical troubleshooting and problem-solving

  • Experience with live chat and email support a plus, with a strong desire to develop skills in this area
