As a Medicare Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving issues reputed company to claims, benefits, enrollment, member portals, ID cards, and more. Work Schedule and Requirements

Overtime may be offered or required as needed, exceeding 40 hours per week. You must be flexible and able to adapt to changing schedules and priorities.
