Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with medical insurance questions, providing clear, concise, and accurate information to address their concerns and needs.
  • Accurately document call content in real-time, maintaining detailed records of customer interactions for future reference and follow-up actions.

Schedule and Training

The schedule for this role includes working hours from Tuesday through Saturday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM. The initial training period, which covers approximately the first two weeks, will be from Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM. Please note that rotating holidays as needed are part of this role, ensuring that our customer service operations are always available to meet customer needs.
