What You'll Be Doing

As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our organization, providing exceptional support and guidance to our customers. Your passion for helping others, combined with your strong product and brand knowledge, will reputed company you to recommend upgrades to health plans, conduct research, and provide answers to customer inquiries. You will also assist members with logging into and understanding the functionality of their online health accounts, locating doctor and facility information, and resolving issues with compassion and reputed company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Bring your passion and strong product and brand knowledge to recommend upgrades to health plans
• Conduct research and reputed company outbound calls to provide answers to customer inquiries regarding general healthcare benefit and eligibility questions, enrollment status requests for new and existing members
• Assist members with logging into and understanding the functionality of their online health accounts, locating doctor and facility information
• Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues with compassion and reputed company
• Maintain reputed company and follow HIPAA guidelines on maintaining patient privacy

What You Bring to the Role

To be successful in this role, you will need to bring a combination of skills, experience, and personal qualities, including:

• 6 months or more of customer service experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Computer experience and high-speed internet (> 15 mbps)
• A USB wired headset (or equivalent)
• A smartphone or device that runs IOS or Android (iPad, etc.) for daily log-in
