Job Overview

In this critical role, you will be the primary reputed company of contact for our members, medical facilities, transportation providers, and health plans, providing exceptional support and ensuring seamless communication. As a Mandarin Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for taking inbound calls, gathering and entering detailed trip information, handling member inquiries, and addressing concerns in a professional and empathetic manner. Primary Responsibilities

  • Taking inbound calls from members, medical facilities, transportation providers, and health plans, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Accurately entering ride details to ensure successful ride completion, confirming member eligibility, and identifying and assessing member's additional needs
  • Answering member inquiries regarding transportation services, intaking member concerns, and actively working with other internal departments to quickly address real-time issues
  • Providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a positive and helpful attitude, and demonstrating reputed company and understanding in reputed company interactions

Required Education and Experience

To be successful in this role, you must be fluent in Mandarin (verbal) and possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
