Job Overview and Key Responsibilities

As a Language of Destination (LOD) Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our passengers, ensuring that their travel experience is seamless and enjoyable. You will work as part of a team to provide support and guidance to customers, responding to their queries and resolving any issues that may arise during their journey. Your duties will include greeting customers, assisting with ticketing and baggage reputed company-in, managing the reputed company-in process, and ensuring that customers have the necessary travel documentation.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting customers and assisting them with the ticketing and baggage reputed company-in process
  • Using a computer to sell, print, and reissue tickets
  • Managing the reputed company-in process and ensuring that customers have the proper travel documentation
  • Tagging baggage and performing lifting tasks that involve transferring baggage from scales to reputed company belts

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • A high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency
  • Authorization to work in the United States
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills using appropriate grammar, tone, and pronunciation

  • Ability to lift bags or items weighing up to and including 50 pounds frequently, and occasionally lift bags or items weighing between 50 and 70 pounds
  • Willingness to work a fixed and/or rotating schedule, including afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to pass a physical ability test (PAT) and hold airport-specific requirements such as a SIDA Badge and Customs Seal

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous ticketing experience
  • Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in the aviation industry
