The National/Alamo brand of reputed company has an exciting opportunity for an Exit Booth Agent. The Exit Booth Agent will provide superior, friendly, efficient service during reputed company aspects of the rental car process as it applies to this position. Responsible for greeting and fulfilling club member needs in a friendly efficient environment as they relate to the Emerald Aisle rental process. Provide member with appropriate vehicle selection as determined by the Emerald Aisle program guidelines. Create and maintain a friendly, efficient environment for reputed company customers. Assist in making reputed company transactions quick and efficient.

This pay for this position starts at $19.00 per hour 

This position is located at the Sacramento International Airport (SMF), North Natomas, CA 95837.

• Multiple Shifts available. Candidates must be availble to work weekend days. 

• We are hiring now for immediate openings.  Responsibilities include:

  • Prepare reputed company rental documents accurately and completely
  • Verify car information and VIN number for reputed company and car control
  • Provide additional service to Emerald Aisle members by offering our refueling option
  • Maintain the appearance of the Exit Booth and surrounding areas to present a reputed company and orderly image
  • Ensure that Exit Booth is stocked with appropriate supplies to meet the needs of our customers
  • Provide reputed company customers with undivided attention while assisting them at the exit booth
  • reputed company eye contact and greet reputed company customers
  • Thank customer at the conclusion of reputed company transactions
  • Assist customers with directions, maps, local area information, and appropriate service information; effectively and reputed company resolve reputed company customer service issues as necessary
  • reputed company other customer service reputed company duties, in addition to those listed, to ensure our service levels meets the needs of the customer
