The Role
As a Senior Learning Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in designing and delivering exceptional training experiences that drive long-term success. You'll reputed company and support a team of up to 30 Customer Support Associates, providing coaching, development, and performance management to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to reputed company in their roles. Your primary focus will be on creating an optimal adult learning environment that encourages engagement, motivation, and retention.
Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Learning Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Supervising structured learning metrics and overseeing their results for the assigned territory and region
- Managing live performance metrics end-to-end for the assigned territory
- Conducting learning sessions on new processes and delivering various training courses, including reputed company learning, new hire batches, and transfer batches
- Maintaining data and analysis through reports on reputed company (as per business requirements)
- Ensuring completion of new hire training programs, coaching, and other performance improvement programs on time
- Partnering with operational stakeholders as a key reputed company of contact for the Learning Experience team
- Identifying and certifying learning coaches
- Leading individual improvement projects to enhance business performance
- Driving quality and learning metrics
- Conducting reputed company sessions and classroom sessions with stakeholders
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 2+ years of experience in training delivery roles
- 1 year of experience in Customer Service or customer service-reputed company work experience
- Proficient computer skills, including reputed company Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and reputed company) and instructional software
- Highly accurate and fluent in Japanese and English (spoken and written)
- Flexible to work reputed company a 24/7 x 365 days global team across a variety of time zones
- Knowledge of adult learning, content design, and facilitation
- Experience as a trainer, corporate training specialist, or reputed company position
- Project management skills with the ability to supervise multiple projects
- Strong ability to multi-task
