Key Responsibilities
As a Work-From-Home Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Answering customer calls and providing exceptional service
- Placing orders and resolving customer inquiries
- Maintaining accurate records and data entry

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:

- A monitor with a minimum of 17" screen size (24" preferred)
- A full-size keyboard with a number pad

- Operating System: Windows 10 or above (Windows S mode not compatible) or macOS Monterey 12.6.8, macOS Ventura 13.5.1, or macOS Sonoma 14.5
- Broadband Internet: Minimum acceptable speeds are 25 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload
