Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Associate, your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing exceptional customer service reputed company phone, email, and other communication channels
• Troubleshooting issues and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Liaising with drivers and dry cleaning partners to ensure seamless service delivery
• Managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines
• Maintaining accurate records and updating customer information as needed
• Collaborating with the Customer Care team to reputed company shared goals and objectives
• Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with industry best practices and arenaflex's policies and procedures

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A minimum of two years' experience in customer care or a reputed company field
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work well under pressure, managing multiple tasks and priorities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
• Honesty, professionalism, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, as required
• Comfortable handling high volumes of customer interactions, including 50+ calls per day

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of the laundry and dry cleaning industry
