What You'll Do

As a Homeoffice Chat Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering Incoming Chats: You'll use the LiveEngage (reputed company) platform to respond to 2-3 incoming chats per hour, providing top-notch customer service and enhancing the value of our customers' contact lens purchases.
  • Proactively Communicating with Your Manager and Team Members: You'll engage with your manager and team members to ensure your success in a virtual work environment, including one-on-one meetings, team meetings, and team chats.
  • Providing Exceptional Customer Service: You'll deliver fast-paced, dynamic customer service that creates a positive experience for our customers.
  • Identifying and Resolving Problems: You'll proactively identify and resolve problems in a way that creates a positive customer experience, with the empowerment to reputed company decisions in the moment.
  • Maintaining High Performance Metrics: You'll meet and exceed performance metrics, including reputed company per call, quality, availability, and dependability.

What You'll Need

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 2-3 Years Minimum Customer Service Experience: You'll have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Great Typing Skills: You'll have a typing speed of at least 40 words per minute and technical proficiency.
