Key Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining a working knowledge of internal policies, procedures, and services, including departmental and operational protocols
• Utilizing automated systems to log and retrieve information, performing accurate and timely data entry of electronic faxes, and maintaining up-to-date records
• Receiving and responding to customer inquiries reputed company telephone, email, fax, or mail, and communicating responses reputed company required turnaround times

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A High School diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of customer service or telephone experience in a similar call center environment or industry

Compensation and Benefits
