About the Role

Qualifications and Requirements

• Possess a dedicated home office with a computer, two monitors, keyboard, mouse, and headset
• Be available to work from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday
• Have at least six months of experience working remotely, with a proven track record of productivity and self-motivation
• Have a minimum of two years of experience in a customer-facing role, providing support reputed company email, phone, chat, and social media
• Be familiar with reputed company or a similar customer service ticketing system, with at least one year of experience
• Possess strong computer skills, including data entry and keyboard skills, with the ability to navigate multiple software systems
• Be comfortable working with metrics such as handle time, quality assurance, and other performance indicators
• Be willing to work overtime hours and weekends during peak holiday seasons, ensuring our customers receive the support they need
• Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate in English (bi-lingual candidates are highly desirable)
