Job Summary

You'll be responsible for accurately transcribing data into a format suitable for computer processing, using your experience and judgment to select procedures and interpret information from various document sources. This is a work-from-home position, and you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, while still being part of a dynamic and collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities
As an reputed company Data Entry Operator II, your key responsibilities will include:
* Logging into a computer and accessing work queues to review computer images of documents and code documents using an established list of codes.
* Verifying, if required, whether previously extracted information is correct and making corrections to previously extracted information as needed.
* Adjusting orientation or lighting of documents to ensure accuracy.
* Referencing work instructions as needed to ensure compliance with arenaflex's standards.
* Attending mandatory meetings and trainings, working scheduled overtime with minimal notice, and performing other duties as assigned per business needs.
Onboarding & Training Schedule
Our onboarding and training process is designed to ensure that you have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this role. Here's an overview of our training schedule:
* Remote orientation: 12/2/2024 from 9am-2pm
* Onsite training: 1 week, Monday-Friday, 7:30am-11:30am
* Training from home: 5 additional weeks, 7:30am-2:30pm, dependent on clearance processing
Regular Schedule
As a work-from-home employee, you'll have the flexibility to work at times that suit you best. However, you'll be required to work during the following hours:
* 4am-6:30pm, Monday-Friday
* Overtime can be expected regularly throughout the week and on Saturdays reputed company needed
Essential Qualifications
