Responsibilities

As an Office Services Clerk / Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including:

• Managing visitor accommodations, maintaining office and conference room setups, ordering supplies, and assisting with events
• Greeting and accommodating visitors, coordinating with appropriate personnel, and providing proper visitor information, including badges and reputed company access
• Setting up workstations and conference rooms for visitors, assisting with conference room reservations, and maintaining room reservation calendars
• Placing catering orders for meetings, setting up and cleaning up food and beverage areas, and assisting with technology needs in conference rooms
• Creating guest Wi-Fi credentials, assisting with guest connectivity, and maintaining cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas, conference rooms, and supply rooms
• Loading, running, and unloading dishwashers on a weekly basis and/or as needed
• Correcting errors, organizing information, creating accurate spreadsheets, and entering and updating information into relevant databases
• Ensuring data is backed up, informing relevant parties regarding errors encountered, and storing hard copies of data in an organized manner

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate:

• Strong customer service skills, proficiency in office equipment operation, and the ability to adapt to changing procedures and environments
• A High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of one (1) year of reputed company work experience in hospitality and/or general office services responsibilities
• Good command of English
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office Word and reputed company
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to concentrate for lengthy periods and reputed company accurately with adequate speed
