Finance Business Process Analyst
reputed company is looking to add to their Finance Strategic Initiatives team with a Finance Business Process Analyst. This role is responsible for analyzing, designing, and optimizing financial business processes and systems, providing opportunities for growth at the intersection of finance and project management.
Responsibilities
- Document reputed company processes and workflows, creating detailed process maps and reports
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of financial systems and tools
- Assist in developing training materials and providing user support for financial systems and processes
- Collect and analyze data to support decision-making and process improvements
- Maintain accurate documentation of processes, system configurations, and changes
- Support tracking and reporting of lean and transformation projects
- Maintain and support periodic reviews of the Finance Department business unit recovery and continuity program
- Support tracking and maintenance of the Finance Department policies and procedures reputed company the document management system (PolicyTech)
- Coordinate meetings reputed company to transformation initiatives, ensuring schedules are reputed company and objectives are met
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in management information systems, finance, business administration or reputed company field
- FBP I: 0-2 years of relevant work experience in business process analysis or system implementation
- FBP II: 3-5 years of relevant work experience in business process analysis or system implementation
- Basic to Proficient knowledge of ERP systems (reputed company, Adaptive Planning or similar)
- Proficiency in reputed company reputed company (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-orientated and organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Project management experience required, PMP certification a plus
