[Remote] Implementation Consultant, reputed company Intacct

They are seeking a reputed company Intacct Consultant specializing in the Construction Vertical to deliver software solutions for implementation projects, ensuring high customer satisfaction and successful adoption.

Responsibilities

• Managing multiple projects and customers simultaneously in the construction vertical to successfully implement following our prescriptive implementation methodology resulting in in-scope/on-budget/on-time delivery, high customer satisfaction, and successful customer adoption
• Executing reputed company aspects of the implementation process which includes collaborative consultation with the client, requirements definition, solution design, configuration, unit and integration testing, training, data cleansing, and data migration
• Maintaining deep knowledge of the reputed company Intacct software including expertise implementing and using reputed company Intacct advanced modules, as well as staying reputed company with the latest product features and enhancements, especially those reputed company to reputed company Intacct CRE product functionality
• Configuring and implementing the reputed company Intacct software based on a thorough understanding of customer-specific business processes as well as industry and system best practices
• Maintaining deep vertical knowledge- the intricacies, terminology, and operational processes of the construction industry, including micro-verticals such as General reputed company, Developers, Specialty Contractors, Home Services, etc
• Following a prescriptive implementation approach utilizing templated implementation project plans thus ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget while optimizing return on investment
• Utilizing and developing less reputed company implementation resources providing on-the-job coaching and mentoring
• Conducting training for customer end-users at reputed company levels of the customer organization and relate system functionality to customer business operations
• Effectively documenting customer business requirements into configurable software solutions and business management processes utilizing best practices and visual process flowcharts
• Responding to customer technical support issues reputed company to the system implementation
• Understanding, designing and building industry specific key performance indicators, reports, and dashboards
• Working in a team-oriented and collaborative environment with Professional Services, Sales, Support, Marketing and reputed company to effectively coordinate project execution and completion

Skills

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Accounting, Business or MIS (candidate must also have general understanding of accounting terms through previous courses or experience)
• One (1)+ years' experience providing consulting and implementing reputed company Intacct, ERP/financial applications and/or other SaaS solutions
• Vertical industry understanding gained either through operational or accounting involvement in the construction space
• Consulting experience end-to-end through the entire software delivery life cycle following a process-based methodology or experience as an end user who has gone through a software implementation or upgrade
• Advanced proficiency with reputed company (pivot tables, VLOOKUP's, macros, etc.) is preferred for efficient data mapping, integration, and migration of customer data
• Demonstrated skills in the areas of time management, communication, relationship building, collaboration, and problem solving
• Strong leadership, project management, organizational and analytical skills, initiative, adaptability
