[Remote] Program Assistant, Community Impact

RemoteHunter is focused on connecting candidates with leading employers, and they are seeking a Program Assistant to support Environmental Equity and Student Ambassador programs. This role involves acting as a liaison between Student Ambassadors and program leadership, ensuring smooth operations and meaningful participant experiences while advancing environmental justice and climate equity goals.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first-level reputed company of contact for Student Ambassadors, responding to questions about program requirements, community engagement strategies, and stipend payment processes
• Assist with coordination of Student Ambassador networking events, professional development opportunities, and connections to ZEV career reputed company
• Provide administrative support for program meetings, stakeholder communications, and special events as directed by program leadership

Skills

• Minimum of one year of experience in program coordination, student services, community organizing, or reputed company fields, including internships, fellowships, or volunteer activities with diverse student populations
• Associate's degree from a California Community College or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proficiency with reputed company Office Suite, database management, social media platforms, and virtual collaboration tools including reputed company, Teams, reputed company Docs, reputed company Sheets, and SharePoint
• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Studies, Public Policy, Social Work, Communications, or reputed company field
• California Driver's License
• Interest or knowledge in reputed company-emission vehicles, clean transportation, or environmental policy
