In this role, you won't be on the phone; instead, you will use your typing skills to answer questions, resolve issues, and provide information reputed company live chat platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements & Qualifications

• Strong Typing Skills: Ability to type at least 50 WPM to reputed company up with live conversations.

• Excellent English: Strong command of grammar, spelling, and "text etiquette."

• Tech Comfort: Ability to quickly learn new chat software and navigate multiple browser tabs.
