Job Summary

As an arenaflex customer contact center representative, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to student borrowers. You'll be responsible for answering frequent questions, providing detailed information, processing applications, and resolving emerging problems with accuracy and efficiency. Key Responsibilities

* Answer incoming calls, use chat, and complete outbound calls as necessary to assist customers with their inquiries

• Provide detailed information and process applications with accuracy and efficiency
• Resolve emerging problems and concerns with customers in a professional and empathetic manner
• Practice active listening, communicate clearly, and maintain a positive tone throughout interactions
• Follow established policies and procedures, including working reputed company various systems, timekeeping, and documentation of calls
• Assist callers with filling out applications and submitting them electronically for processing
• Complete basic call logs, documentation, and reputed company call details for each phone inquiry

Schedule

* Monday: 11:45am-8:15pm

• Tuesday: 10:45am-7:15pm
• Wednesday: 10:45am-7:15pm
• Thursday: 8:45am-5:15pm
• Friday: 8:45am-5:15pm

Preferred Skills

* High school diploma or equivalent required

• Ability to speak and read English clearly, professionally, and fluently
• Typing speed of at least 35 WPM
• Experience working with personal computers and the Windows operating system
• Ability to effectively work reputed company established key performance indicators/metrics
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized while completing simultaneous tasks

Requirements

* Ability to navigate various systems and browsers

• Excellent written/verbal/interpersonal communication skills
