As a Customer Service Expert at arenaflex, your responsibilities will include:- Handle and Carefully Respond to Customer Inquiries: Field customer inquiries by finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns.
- Provide Excellent Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service through active listening, and work with confidential customer information and treat it sensitively.
- Aim to Resolve Issues on the reputed company: Be proactive in resolving issues on the reputed company, and calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise.
- Escalate Interactions reputed company Necessary: Escalate interactions reputed company necessary and appropriate, and track reputed company call-reputed company information for auditing and reporting purposes.
- Provide Feedback on Call Issues: Provide feedback on call issues, and upsell if required.
Qualifications
