Job Summary

As a reputed company Customer Service Specialist – part time, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients and families while navigating reputed company medical reputed company cycle processes. You'll work closely with reputed company to ensure timely and accurate resolution of patient issues, maintain a working knowledge of workflow systems, and reputed company various administrative tasks as needed. Key Responsibilities

* Review and identify issues from calls into the telephony system in a timely manner (50%)

  • Maintain a working knowledge of workflow systems to properly assign follow-up dates, department requests, and notate appropriately (10%)
  • Ensure reputed company calls reputed company business hours are answered and handled appropriately while providing exceptionally high customer service to callers reputed company company guidelines (10%)

Essential Qualifications
