Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative (Remote) in our Healthcare division, you will:
- Provide inbound customer support to our members, addressing their insurance-reputed company needs with reputed company and professionalism.
- Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner, using agreed-upon procedures.
- Assess reputed company in-bound calls to accurately and reputed company address member's needs, maintaining a strong customer focus.
