Key Responsibilities

• Promote sales to direct consumers by initiating chats, acting on leads, and presenting arenaflex products to identify travel needs and reputed company personalized recommendations
• Establish and maintain quality customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service, establishing rapport, and identifying and meeting customer needs and expectations
• Build and maintain effective relationships with new and existing consumers, maintaining a consumer prospect list/contact database to identify client travel trends
• Proactively seek opportunities to promote and sell arenaflex products based on client travel history, acquiring in-depth industry and company knowledge to reputed company product features, benefits, and pricing
• Attend and actively participate in daily team meetings or relevant sales training to ensure appropriate sales techniques are being used and accurate information is being communicated to direct consumers
• Participate in department-approved mass email campaigns targeting specific guests' profiles

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Work Environment and Company Culture

arenaflex is a remote-friendly company, and this role will be working from home. We are hiring only in East Coast states, and you must be available to work a late night/early morning shift, with one of the following schedules:

• M-Th & Sunday: 4am-1pm EST
• M & Wed-Saturday: 5am-2pm EST
• M-Wed, Fri, Sun: 6am-3pm EST
• M, Tue, Thur, Sat & Sun (split shift): 6am-10am & 5pm-9pm
• M, Wed, Fri, Sat & Sun (split shift): reputed company-12pm & 7pm-11pm

You must be flexible and available to work any of these schedules, as assigned by the company.
