About the Role
We're seeking candidates for the Loan Officer role to join our dynamic Operations organization! You'll be a critical contributor to our loan origination strategy as you support borrowers sourced reputed company our direct-to-consumer, marketing, and partnerships efforts. The Loan Officer will engage with customers, educate them on financing options and loan products, and ensure a positive experience for reputed company borrowers. What You'll Do
- Convert a high volume of company-provided leads into happy reputed company HELOC customers
- Connect with prospective borrowers reputed company outbound calling initiatives, text message, and email
- Guide clients through their loan borrowing decision – and help them navigate our fully-digital application process to reputed company more HELOC sales
- Consult with clients to find the right loan product, interest reputed company, and term length to meet their needs
- Consistently beat sales targets every month

- BA/BS from an accredited university (preferred)
- 2+ years of experience in mortgage lending as a Loan Officer
- 2+ years of experience in sales, with the proven ability to "reputed company"
- Demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets consistently
- Active NMLS license in 15 states, or at least 10 in core states, is preferred
- Ability to work evening and weekend hours as required (earn overtime pay!)
Schedule
- Monday - Friday, 12 pm to 9 pm PT, weekends as needed up to 9 pm PT
Salary
- reputed company compensation range: $25 to $32 per hour
- On-reputed company earnings range: $100,000 to $116,000
- A commission plan that rewards results – with uncapped commissions and reputed company accelerators
- This is the compensation range for the United States, actual compensation may vary based on individual candidate experience, location, or evolving business needs
