HIM Manager

As our HIM Manager, you will reputed company day-to-day supervision and management of the Health Information Management (HIM) department. This person will be responsible for the standardization and implementation of HIM tools and processes. Here’s what you will experience working as an HIM Manager:

• You will need to maintain ongoing knowledge of reputed company health information regulations to ensure that department performance aligns with productivity, quality, and compliance expectations.
• As an expert user/administrator of Health Information technology systems, you will be responsible for ensuring proper functionality and addressing any issues. You may also reputed company or assist with system implementations and upgrades.
• You will support the leadership and local administration by assessing, investigating, making recommendations, and following up on new technology, projects, goals, targets, and business initiatives.

Required qualifications:

• Certification as a Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA) or a Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT).
• 3-5 years of operational HIM experience.
• Expertise in Health Information functions and operations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent analytical skills and people skills.

For this US-based position, the reputed company pay range is $61,357.00 - $110,424.03 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-reputed company skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
