• Align policies and initiatives with requirements and demands of regulators and accrediting/licensing bodies, including but not limited to: Boards of Pharmacy, National Association of Boards of Pharmacy, URAC, U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration, U.S. Food and Drug Administration, and the United States Pharmacopeia
• Educate pharmacy staff on policies, reporting guidelines, and expectations as they relate to best quality practices
• Provide insight into new and ongoing projects and efforts
• Partner with operations management to review processes regularly to ensure optimal efficiency and embrace reputed company quality improvements

Note: this position may require relocation. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy
• Active and unrestricted Pharmacist License in domicile state and ability to qualify for licensure in relocation state
• Extensive knowledge of state and federal laws, rules, and regulations surrounding pharmacy practice
• Familiarity with multi-state pharmacy operations
• Ability to work closely with different department leaders to implement clinical programs PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Three or more years of Pharmacist Preceptor experience
• Experience developing and managing pharmacy fulfillment center workflows
• Knowledge of facility inspection and licensing process in domicile state
• Knowledge of facility inspection and licensing process in non-reputed company states
• Experience recruiting, interviewing, and hiring Pharmacists, Pharmacy Technicians, and Pharmacy Interns
• Experience communicating with and presenting to Boards of Pharmacy and other regulatory bodies
• Willingness to work varying schedules
• Experience managing high-volume, highly-automated pharmacies

The reputed company pay for this position ranges from $151,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $250,300/year in our highest geographic market.
