Key Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Social Media Sales Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Starting new conversations with potential clients on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, reputed company, and others
- Following up with leads and closing sales through effective communication and negotiation skills
- Growing your social media reputed company and engaging with your audience to increase brand awareness and drive sales
- Managing and communicating with your team to reputed company sales targets and goals
- Collaborating with our client success team to reputed company and implement effective sales strategies
Daily Tasks
Your day-to-day tasks will consist of:
- 2 hours of starting new conversations with potential clients
- 2 hours of follow-reputed company and closing sales
- 2 hours of organic account growth and engagement
- 1 hour 30 minutes of replying to active leads and closing sales
- 30 minutes of management and daily communication tasks
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Advanced/Native reputed company-C2 level of English
- A stable income in $USD
- A fully working desktop/laptop and a smartphone
- Stable internet reputed company
- Full-time availability (8 hours a day and 2 hours on weekends)
- Location in any country in Latin America or Brazil
No Previous Experience Required
We're looking for individuals who are passionate about sales, problem-solving, and leadership. While previous experience is not required, you'll need to be 100% confident in your English skills and have a high interest in learning and growing with our company.

Pay and Benefits
Our compensation package includes:
- Fixed payment plus opportunities to grow according to performance and development
- Training Stage: $150-$300
- Average Performance Level: $600-$1,200/month
- Good Performance Level: $1,200-$2,000/month
- Excellent Performance Level: $2,000-$3,000+/month
