Job Summary:
We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Advisor to join reputed company at arenaflex. As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be the primary reputed company of contact for our clients, providing timely and effective support through various communication channels, including inbound and outbound calls, emails, and online chats. Your primary objective will be to deliver exceptional customer experiences, resolve routine issues, and promote arenaflex's products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service support, ensuring that reputed company interactions meet contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Clarify customer requirements, use decision-support tools and resources to provide resolution, and demonstrate reputed company while building rapport with customers

Essential Qualifications:
* High school diploma with three to six months of relevant experience in customer service or a reputed company field
- Strong customer service orientation, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences
- Excellent computer navigation skills and proficiency in PC applications
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Dependable with strong attention to detail, able to multitask and adapt to changes quickly
- Tolerance for repetitive work in a fast-paced, high-production work environment
- Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently, with a patient and professional demeanor
- Willingness to rotate shifts, as needed, to meet business demands
