Your Mission
As an Associate Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your primary responsibility will be to handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure timely and accurate responses to our members, groups, providers, and brokers. You'll be the face of arenaflex, providing top-notch service and support to our valued customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Resolve customer inquiries and complaints reputed company written, telephonic, and face-to-face communication in a timely and accurate manner.
- Prepare adjustments for services not properly processed, either systematically or by forwarding to the appropriate area for follow-up and resolution.
