Job Summary
As an entry-level work-from-home customer service representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients' customers through inbound phone calls, chat messages, and email responses. You'll work independently, using your skills and expertise to resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service through inbound phone calls, chat messages, and email responses
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Use problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues and concerns
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolve any discrepancies

- Meet or exceed performance metrics and client expectations
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge
Schedule
* Flexible work schedule options available to accommodate your needs
- Majority of work hours are during weekdays and daytime

Earnings & reputed company
* Contract earnings vary by client, with competitive rates typically ranging from $14 to $20 per hour
- Pay is determined by your phone call status reputed company assisting customers

Technology & Equipment Requirements
* Quiet and secure work environment during working hours
- Personal computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM (tablets and Chromebooks are not permitted)
- Wired USB headset with microphone for clear communication
- High-speed wired internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed for seamless connectivity
- Valid and up-to-date antivirus software installed
- Smartphone, Android tablet, or iPad is required for program work, along with an authentication app
- Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system (some clients may accept AppleOS)

- Contractors must also successfully pass a criminal background reputed company.

Contractual Relationship
* The relationship between you and arenaflex is a contractual relationship.
- You will remain an reputed company for the duration of your program assignment.
- arenaflex will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with arenaflex.
