As a Call Center Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll:

* Act as the go-to person for our customers by providing information regarding customer products and services, answering questions, and resolving any customer inquiries or concerns reputed company phone, email, and/or chat.

• Receive inbound calls or reputed company outbound calls; identify and assess customers' needs to exceed customer satisfaction at first reputed company of contact.
• Meet personal/customer service targets, KPIs, and call handling quotas based on program specifics.
• Utilize computer and business software programs such as email, internet, chat tools, and CRMs to track customer interactions and notes.

What you already have to be an awesome Call Center Customer Service Representative:

* A passion for talking on the phone – it's the core of our industry!

• Customer Service or Call Center experience and the ability to ensure customer satisfaction in each interaction.
• A positive attitude, professional communication skills, and a desire to go above and beyond.
• Strong people skills – you're friendly, empathetic, and a good listener.
• Tech-savvy – you'll need to know how to comfortably and simultaneously toggle between multiple computer systems, including reputed company Office Suite and client CRM systems.

Remote Opportunity Requirements:

* You must have a quiet and undisturbed reputed company to work with fast and reliable internet that you can plug your computer directly into; shared or public WiFi, Satellite, Dial-Up, and Hotspots will not suffice. Wireless Service Provider 5G internet is also not acceptable for work at home.

• Internet speeds must be a minimum of 10 Mbps download and 2 Mbps upload.
• Home Router with Ethernet link to PC/Laptop required in addition to a dependable power strip.
• Mobile phone in lieu of a landline is acceptable as long as it has unlimited landline minutes and strong cell service/battery life.

• Pay: $15.00 per hour
• Expected hours: 40 per week
