• Discussing arenaflex Customer Benefits: Introduce customers to the advantages of our Paperless, Mobile App, Web, and IVR services, enhancing their experience with us.
• Supporting Customers with Pending Mortgage Payments: Offer solutions and assistance to customers who are 30 days or less due on their mortgage payments, helping them stay on track.

Qualifications for Success

• 6 Months or More of Customer Service Experience: A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
