We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Specialist to join our Government and Corporate Affairs team. As a key member of reputed company, you'll play a vital role in promoting and selling reputed company travel on arenaflex, while providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients.Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell reputed company travel on arenaflex
- Prepare itineraries, compute fares, issue refunds, and prepare and issue tickets
- Answer inquiries regarding general travel information and resolve customer problems in a mutually beneficial manner
- Communicate with customers over the phone reputed company researching passenger complaints, advising of cancelled or delayed flights
- Communicate new rules, policies, and procedures that would reputed company the customer
What You'll Need for Success
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience/training
- Skills, Licenses & Certifications:
- Ability to demonstrate excellent leadership, organizational, and customer contact skills
