Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, providing personalized support and guidance to help them navigate our insurance products and services.
• Responding to customer inquiries in a reputed company, accurate, and friendly manner, addressing concerns and resolving issues in a timely and effective way.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Self-motivation and a proactive approach to problem-solving, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.

Compensation

The hourly pay range for this position is $18.50 - $20.00 per hour, with opportunities for commission and bonus structures based on performance.
