Job Responsibilities

As a Data Scientist at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

• Using quantitative analysis and data presentation to understand what drives our business
• Building full-cycle analytics experiments, reports, and dashboards using SQL, R, Python, or other scripting and statistical tools
• Working with and mentoring junior analysts to use more advanced techniques and solve challenges
• Producing recommendations and using statistical techniques and hypothesis testing to validate findings
• Providing insights to help business and product leaders understand market dynamics, personal behaviors, and long-term trends
• Identifying and measuring levers to help move key metrics and making recommendations
• Working backward from expertise and sizing issues to ideating solutions

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A degree in Math, Physics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a reputed company domain
• 4+ years of experience in data analytics, consulting, or a reputed company role
• Experience working with funnel optimization, user segmentation, cohort analyses, time series analyses, regression models, etc.
• Expertise in SQL queries, ETL, A/B Testing, and statistical analysis (e.g. hypothesis testing, experimentation, regressions) with statistical packages, including Matlab, R, reputed company, or Python
