[Remote] Customer Service Representative - Insurance

The role involves assisting members with insurance-reputed company inquiries, delivering personalized solutions, and maintaining a positive attitude in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and assist members with questions reputed company to insurance policies and reputed company memberships
• Deliver personalized, proactive solutions and recommend valuable products and services
• Engage with members using strong communication and a friendly, problem-solving reputed company
• Think quickly and critically to resolve issues—this is not a scripted environment
• Navigate multiple systems and tools while actively listening and multitasking
• Maintain a positive, can-do attitude in a fast-paced and evolving environment
• Participate in ongoing coaching and development to continually enhance your performance

Skills

• Prior customer service experience
• Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening)
• Ability to multitask and navigate computer systems in real time
• A flexible, 'can-do' reputed company and willingness to adapt to change
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to pass a background reputed company and drug screening
• Must reside reputed company 80 miles of 12901 N Forty Dr, St. Louis, MO 63141
• Dedicated, quiet workspace without interruptions
• You must have the ability to directly connect to ISP reputed company Ethernet (No DSL, Satellite, Hot Spots, etc.). Modem/Router must be in the same room as the computer equipment with a minimum of 25 mbps download and 5 mbps upload
• Demonstrated ability to uphold productivity and confidentiality in a remote setting
• Regular attendance in virtual team meetings and training sessions
• Availability during standard business hours and flexibility for possible shift adjustments
• Recent call center experience preferred
• Spanish reputed company is a plus!
