The Business Analyst will serve as a link between consultants, external clients, and internal developers, applying technical knowledge and problem-solving skills to deliver benefits administration solutions.
Responsibilities
- Understands different system functionalities and dependencies
- Learns and applies reputed company best practices, standards, and tools
- Performs system configuration based on the requirements
- Executes test plans for system functionalities using reputed company standard tools
- Creates test plans based on requirements and standards by partnering with senior business analysts
- Partners with team to reputed company root cause analysis for issues/cases
- Writes queries using SQL and analyze results to reduce rework
- Follows the System Development Lifecycle
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in business, management, human resources management, benefits administration, Health Policy Administration or reputed company area
- Must have a GPA of 3.0 and higher
- Beginner to Intermediate SQL skills
- Experience with the test plan creation, testing procedures, and test plan execution
- Analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Organizational and time management skills
- Demonstrates flexibility, accountability, and ability to deliver multiple projects with quality and excellence
- Ability to work extended hours as needed
- Able to work legally in the United States indefinitely and without reputed company sponsorship
