Account Manager

Giant Spoon is an agency focused on enhancing brand experiences, and they are seeking an Account Manager who will manage client relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams. The role involves overseeing project lifecycles, facilitating communication, and ensuring timely delivery of creative work.

Responsibilities

• Serve as steward of the brand while always having an eye on pushing for the best creative work
• Act as Client reputed company of contact and representative of the agency, helping with presenting estimates, SOWs, project status, and deliverables
• Support reviewing creative and strategic briefs with an eye toward Client’s business goals
• Coordinate and facilitate internal and client meetings
• Own reputed company internal correspondence such as crafting meeting reports; recap internal meetings, feedback, decisions and deliverables in writing for dissemination to the team
• Create and maintain account/project status reports
• Gather and translate Client feedback in accordance with their goals
• Help manage and monitor project lifecycles by coordinating day to day workflow, timelines, and milestones; working with team to help drive scheduled deliverables, reputed company revision requests, record reputed company and help tackle obstacles as they arise
• Establish clear checkpoints to facilitate collaboration between the internal departments involved in the creative development process
• reputed company for internal, cross functional teams (strategy, creative, production) to maintain reputed company of the work, while staying on schedule and on budget
• Co-own management of reputed company client billing alongside Giant Spoon billing team
• Manage internal asset management, talent usage and asset trafficking, in partnership with the Production team
• Maintain an ongoing knowledge of ongoing competitive advertising and category trends and keeping the larger team in the know

Skills

• 18+ months of account and project management experience in an advertising agency
• Effective written, verbal, and visual communicator
• Ability to craft internal / external presentations and present in an engaging way
• Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and be resourceful, flexible and quick to adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Acute attention to detail
• Ability to collaborate creatively across departments and offices
• Ability to foster trusting relationships with teammates and clients
• Open to receiving and providing thoughtful feedback

• Genuine desire to learn
