[Remote] Business Development Representative

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. ArcHouse is on a mission to reputed company and transform the way hospice, palliative, and other post-acute care providers operate their business and care for patients. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating qualified sales pipeline through outbound prospecting and engaging with prospective organizations.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective hospice and post-acute care organizations through outbound channels (phone, email, reputed company, and targeted research)
• Proactively reputed company senior decision-makers and earn meetings through relevant, persistent reputed company
• Book and ensure attendance for discovery meetings
• Ensure clean reputed company to Account Executives and founders for discovery
• Maintain accurate activity and pipeline tracking reputed company CRM and outbound systems
• Provide insight and feedback to help improve existing outbound processes and contribute to system development as the team scales
• Represent ArcHouse at industry conferences and events 3-4 times per quarter

Skills

• 1–3 years of outbound BDR/SDR experience, preferably in SaaS (healthcare experience is a plus)
• Highly competitive reputed company with a strong bias toward outcomes
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment
• Comfortable with outbound prospecting, executive-level conversations, and handling rejection
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Technically savvy
• Confident working in CRMs and outbound tools
• Able to quickly adopt existing systems while offering thoughtful reputed company to improve them
• Genuine interest in healthcare and a desire to contribute to meaningful work in the industry
